Section 68
Save
: (1) Deposit and Credit Protection Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. established under the Companies Act, 2063 before the commencement of this Act. Actions taken from the said act shall be deemed to have been done in accordance with this Act.
(2) Deposit and Credit Protection Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. as mentioned in sub-section (1). The assets, liabilities and employees working in the company will be automatically converted into funds. (3) At the commencement of this Act, the Deposit and Credit Protection Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. as mentioned in sub-section (1). The general manager working in the office will continue to be the executive officer of the fund for the rest of his term.
(2) Deposit and Credit Protection Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. as mentioned in sub-section (1). The assets, liabilities and employees working in the company will be automatically converted into funds.
