Section 46
Fund staff
(1) The fund will have the required number of employees for the operation of the fund.
(2) The Ministry of Personnel shall provide the necessary personnel to the fund until the personnel arrangement is made according to sub-section (1).
(3) The appointment, remuneration, service conditions, facilities and other provisions of the employees of the fund shall be as prescribed.
