(1) According to Section 5 of the Act, the funds to be kept in the fund shall be opened and deposited in an account designated by the committee in an "A" class commercial bank licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank.
(2) The entire amount of the fund except the amount determined by the committee for the daily transactions of the fund. Deposited in the bank account as per sub-rule (1) and transacted through the bank.
(3) The operation of the account of the fund shall be carried out by the Executive Director or any person designated by him. And the account of the fund shall be by the joint signature of the head.
(4) The fund should update the account of transactions with the bank on a monthly basis.
