7. Board of Directors of the Fund

(1) A Board of Directors will be formed to conduct the development and rehabilitation program and other necessary programs for the development and rehabilitation of children in an orderly manner, and to supervise and manage all activities related to the operation of the fund. .
(2) The Board of Directors shall consist of the following members:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry of Labor – Chairman (b) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Labor – Member
(c) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Industries – Member
(d) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Commerce – Member
(e) Director General, Labor Department – ​​Member
(f) Representative, Nepal Industry and Trade Federation – Member
(g) President, Central Carpet Industry Association – Member

(h) Member Secretary, Carpet and Wool Development Committee – Member
(i) Representative, Chamber of Commerce – Member
(j) President, Garment Association – Member
(k) Deputy Secretary, Child Labor Branch, Ministry of Labor – Member-Secretary
(3) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite any domestic or foreign expert industrialist, businessman or eminent person to participate in the meeting of the committee as an observer.
