(1) A fund named Single Women's Protection Fund has been established for the welfare and protection of single women from the economically weak and disadvantaged sections.
(2) The fund shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from foreign governments, individuals or international associations, organizations,
(c) Amount received from a native person or association, organization,
(d) Amount received from any other source.
(3) The approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained before receiving the amount as per clause (b) of sub-rule (2).
