(1) If the ministry deems it necessary, it may establish an operation fund to carry out special operations for entities that earn by selling their products or services.

(2) According to sub-section (1) The following amounts will be accumulated in the fund:-

(a) the amount allocated by the Appropriation Act in each financial year,

(b) the amount allocated from the income deposited in the accumulated fund in each financial year as determined by the Government of Nepal.
