Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in this Act,-

(a) “Fund” means the operating fund established under section 3.

( b) "Ministry" means the Ministry of the Government of Nepal and the term also refers to the Cabinet Secretariat.

(c) "Bank" means the Nepal Rastra Bank and the term also refers to other banks that deal with the government.< /p>

(d) “Last financial year” means the financial year preceding the current financial year |
