(1) A fund named National Vaccination Fund has been established for the development, expansion and operation of the National Immunization Program.

(a) amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from indigenous individuals, financial, co-operative or other associations or institutions,
(c) Funds received from foreign governments, individuals or international associations or organizations,
(d) Proceeds from investment of the Fund,
(e) Funds received from other sources.

(3) Before receiving funds as per clause (c) of sub-rule (2), the fund shall obtain the approval of the Ministry of Finance.

(4) In the fund The amount received will be deposited in an account in a commercial bank of "A" category licensed under the current law.

(5) The operation of the fund's account will be done by the member-secretary and the chief staff who will be responsible for accounting of the fund.
