(1) For the work mentioned in Section 9 of the Act, the fund may provide financial subsidy or technical or other necessary assistance to any governmental or non-governmental association, organization or person.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), any association, organization or person shall submit an application form with detailed description of the work or plan to be conducted in order to receive grant or assistance from the fund.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), the organization or person receiving grant or assistance from the fund shall act in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the fund.
