5. Fund should be deposited in the fund (1) To develop and rehabilitate children by conducting development and rehabilitation programs, mutual agreement between Nepal Government, Nepal Industry and Trade Federation, Central Carpet Industry Association, Carpet and Wool Development Committee and other donor organizations. The amount determined to be provided to the fund each year by agreement will be deposited in the fund.
(2) In order to develop and rehabilitate the children, as mentioned in sub-rule (1), the amount determined by mutual agreement shall be deposited in the fund within the first three months of each financial year.
(3) Other procedures for depositing the amount mentioned in this rule to the fund shall be as prescribed by the committee.
