(1) From the customs offices of Nepal  ………… the local development fee levied in accordance with the Salbasali Economic Act will be collected and deposited into the fund.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the duty of depositing funds in the fund shall be the head of the local development fee collection office.
(3) The Ministry of Finance will advance the amount specified by the Government of Nepal to the fund. The committee will have to inquire about the amount later from the fund.
(4) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), the procedures for depositing funds in the fund shall be as prescribed by the committee. 
