: (1) The trade union shall have its own separate fund and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-
(a) Proceeds from subscription fees,
(b) Funds received in the form of assistance or grants from national associations,
(c) Amount received from any other source.
(2) All expenses incurred in the name of the trade union shall be borne by the fund.
(3) Amounts in the fund as per sub-section (1) Nepal …………. An account will be opened in a commercial bank within the country and deposited.
