(1) In accordance with this Act, cases initiated and disposed of by the Labor Court shall be appealed to the High Court.
(2) An appeal shall be made to the Labor Court against the order made by the Registrar in accordance with this Act.
(3) An appeal should be completed within thirty-five days from the date the labor court initiates and closes the proceedings or orders the registrar.
