Rule 19
Records management of persons entering the casino venue

(1) The licensed company shall issue identification cards to the employees associated with the casino operation to enter the casino premises.
(2) The licensed company shall make separate entrances to the casino for the employees and players associated with the casino operation.
(3) The licensed company shall arrange for the entry and exit of the employees and players related to the casino operation by entering and exiting the casino site and keeping a separate register for that purpose.
(4) The licensed company shall scan the identity card of the person entering the casino venue and keep a record in the format as per Schedule-5.
(5) The licensed company shall keep the registers and records as per sub-rules (3) and (4) safe for one year.
(6) The licensed company shall provide the register and records as per sub-rules (3) and (4) when requested by the Ministry.
