(1) After the quarantine process of imported animals, animal products or animal product materials is completed, the quarantine officer shall provide the relevant person with the quarantine certificate in the format of schedule-2 as soon as possible.
(2) When exporting the following animals, animal products or animal product materials, the quarantine officer or the veterinary officer designated by the department shall provide a health or sanitary certificate in the format specified in the following form of Schedule-3:-
(a) Form-1 for dogs and cats (b) Form-2 for domestic and wild animals (c) Form-3 for animal semen (d) Form-4
for animal meat (e) Form-5
for animal products used as animal feed, industrial or medicine (f) Form-6 for equids (g) Form-7 for birds (h) Form-8 for flowers and day-old chicks or newly hatched chicks of various birds. (3) The certificate issued according to sub-rule (2) shall be valid for ten days from the date of issue.
