(1) According to rule 3, the person or organization who wants to build a quarantine place at the place where the quarantine check post is established must submit an application to the department along with an action plan for recommendation.
(2) If any application is received according to sub-rule (1), the department will give a recommendation letter to the applicant if it deems it appropriate to construct a quarantine site after conducting the necessary investigation.
(3) If an application is received with a recommendation letter as per sub-rule (2), the Government of Nepal may grant permission to construct a quarantine site. However, animals imported for breeding can be assigned a separate quarantine place with the consent of the importer and the department.
