Rule 68
Compensation can be given
: (1) The savings and loan protection fund can give compensation not exceeding eighty percent of the secured loan.
(2) The member organization can claim for compensation according to sub-rule (1) after two years after exceeding the loan amount.
(3) The compensation amount of the savings protected by the Savings and Credit Protection Fund shall be paid based on the recommendation made by the liquidator appointed in accordance with Section 89 of the Act or the Management Committee formed in accordance with Section 105.
