(1) After the check has been registered at the post office, if the check is lost before the check is paid, the sender can claim the amount of the check and the amount of the commission paid for it as compensation.
(2) In case of a claim for compensation according to sub-rule (1), the post office shall pay the compensation to the sender within 6 months from the date of such claim. > (2) The head of the Central Audit Office shall prepare and submit an accurate account of the fund to the Comptroller General's Office within three months of the end of each financial year.
(3) The audit of the fund will be done by the Auditor General.
(4) Other procedures related to accounting shall be in accordance with prevailing laws.
