:
(1) In order to determine the amount of compensation to be given in accordance with Section 28 and 29 of the Act, a Compensation Determination Committee will be constituted with the following chairman and members:-
(a) The person appointed by the Government of Nepal – Chairman
(b) Representative of the concerned person or organization engaged in electricity surveying, production, transmission or distribution – member
(c) Experts designated by the Government of Nepal related to the power sector - member
(2) In order to determine the amount of compensation to be given in accordance with Section 32, 33 and Rule 87 of the Act, the following persons shall also be members of the committee specified in Sub-rule (1):-
(a) The owner of the damaged immovable property or his representative – member
(b) Representative-Member
of the relevant Land Office of the area where the damaged immovable property is located (c) Representative-Member of the concerned Village Development Committee or Municipality of the area where the damaged immovable property is located (3) The compensation determination committee according to sub-rule (1) shall adopt the policy of determining the amount of actual damages while determining the amount of compensation.
(4) The procedure for the meeting of the Compensation Determination Committee can be determined by itself. 
