(1) If it is proven that the licensed organization does not provide drinking water according to the specified standards or if the consumption of such drinking water adversely affects the health of the consumer, the licensed organization shall pay compensation to such consumer as specified.
(2) If someone causes damage or loss in any way to the water supply or sanitation project or service system and its structure, the officer looking into the case may pay an appropriate amount for compensation.
