Section 36
Can sue for compensation
(1) If the employer organization does not provide employment according to the conditions specified in the contract, the worker or his representative can file a complaint with the department to get compensation.
(2) If the necessary investigation on the complaint filed under sub-section (1) is found to be reasonable, the department may order the licensee to pay compensation for all the expenses incurred in going to foreign employment.
