10.A.1 The appointment of the main priest and other priests of the temple of Sri Pashupatinath and the priest of the temple of Vasukinath will be made by the guardian on the recommendation of the council
10.A.2 Subsection 10A. Apart from those mentioned in 1, the appointment of priests, stewards and visetes of other monasteries will be done by the council.
