(1) The person who has received the permit should do the mineral work in such a way that the minimum land is affected and the maximum utilization (recovery) of the mineral wealth is achieved.
(2) The person who has received the permit must emphasize the production of high-value mineral substances while working on minerals.
(3) The person doing the mineral work shall use as much as possible the other substances that come out of the mineral work and minimize the waste.
