Rule 166
Provisions relating to review of procurement proceedings or decisions

(1) In accordance with sub-section (1) of section 47 of the Procurement Act, when applying for the review of the procurement action or decision, it shall be submitted to the head of the relevant local body as prescribed by the Procurement Act.
(2) The application received under sub-rule (1) will be processed in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064.
