(1) After choosing the procurement method in relation to the purchase of goods, construction works, consulting services or other services, if goods or other services are to be purchased, rule 73, if construction work is to be purchased, rule 74 and if consulting services are to be purchased, the purchase mentioned in rule 75 You have to choose the type of contract that will be purchased.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) while choosing the purchase agreement, the following should be considered:-
(a) Type and Amount of Purchase,
(b) Whether there is a possibility of repeated purchases of the same nature (c) the distribution of risks between local authorities and suppliers, builders or consultants and other parties,
(d) Method of contract supervision.
