Rule 33
Expenses to be covered:
: When a person or an organization checks the measurement for their personal purpose or places a boundary mark, the following amount should be deposited as an expense:-
(a) An amount equal to the daily visiting allowance received by employees and assistants engaged in the work of surveying the land,
(b) an additional sum of fifteen per cent over the amount mentioned in clause (a) for paper, pen, ink, etc.,
(c) The amount specified by the Director General for the rent of the instruments and equipment used in the work of measuring and checking.
