Rule 21
To keep an account of expenses
(1) The agency implementing the project shall keep an account of the expenses related to the operation of the project in accordance with the prevailing law. But organizations other than government agencies should keep an account of expenses as determined by the technical committee.
(2) The agency implementing the project shall send the expenses to the Fund on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
(3) The agency implementing the project shall keep the account of the amount or material aid provided by the donor party under any conditions in such a way that the purpose and purpose are disclosed.
