Prohibition on publication of information or statement: (1) Any individual or any family or firm filed or received or prepared under section 3 or section 4 or section 5 or section 6 or section 7 or company-related information or news or any part thereof shall not be shown or published directly to anyone other than the Director General or an officer of the department without the written approval of the person giving the information or information or his authorized representative. (2) For the purpose of prosecuting a case under this Act, such Sub-section (1) shall not prevent the submission of the particulars to the Court.
