(1) Any Nepali citizen residing in Nepal or any company, organization or firm registered in Nepal shall obtain the bank's approval when opening an account in a foreign bank.

(2) When giving permission to open an account according to sub-section (1), the bank may ask for necessary details and also set conditions.
(3) The operation and use of the account opened in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the bank by publishing and broadcasting public information.

(4) Nepal ………. Any Nepali citizen residing in or Nepal ………. Any firm, company or organization registered in Nepal ………. The bank shall publish and broadcast public information regarding the opening, operation and use of accounts in foreign currency as prescribed by the bank.
