A person who sets up a food shop and sells-distributes or does wholesale business or imports mentioned in Rule 24, shall pay a fee of one hundred rupees and obtain a license as per schedule-13 from the village development committee or the municipality where the place of business is located. and if the authorized officer wants to see it, he will have to show the permit.
