Rule 153
Repeal and save
(1) Paragraph-7, 8, 13 and 17 of Financial Administration Regulations, 2056 are repealed. (2) Actions taken in accordance with the provisions repealed in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these regulations.
