Section 38
Repeal and Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
: (1) The Nepal Electricity Corporation Act, 2019 is repealed and the Nepal Electricity Corporation established under that Act is dissolved.
(2) All the movable and immovable assets and liabilities of the Nepal Electricity Corporation dissolved as per sub-section (1) shall be transferred to the authority.
(2) All the movable and immovable assets and liabilities of the Nepal Electricity Corporation dissolved as per sub-section (1) shall be transferred to the authority.
