Section 27

Repeal and Protection:

(1) Social Services National Coordinating Council Act, 2034 is repealed and the rights and obligations of the Social Services National Coordinating Council shall be transferred to the Council established in accordance with this Act.
(2) The employees working in the Social Service National Coordinating Council shall be transferred to the Council established in accordance with this Act.
