Rule 56
Repeal and save
(1) The following rules are repealed:-
(a) Minerals (Amendment and Consolidation) Rules, 2018.
(b) Gas Oil (Contracts) Rules, 2015.
(c) Gas (Conservation) Rules 2017.
(2) Prior to the commencement of this regulation, the operations carried out under the Minerals (Amendment and Consolidation) Rules, 2018, Gas Oil (Contract) Rules, 2015, GACH (Conservation) Rules, 2017 shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with this regulation.
