The Non-Military Air Flight Rules, 2019 are hereby repealed and all licenses, ratings and other certificates granted in accordance with those Rules shall be deemed to have been granted in accordance with these Rules except as otherwise provided in these Rules. The things written in this regulation shall be in accordance with all the regulations and in the case of things not written,  shall be as mentioned in the prevailing laws, annexes and manuals.
