Section 74
Repeal and Rescue
(1) The following Acts are repealed:-
(a) Forest Act, 2018
(b) Forest Conservation (Special Provisions) Act, 2024
(2) Before the commencement of this Act, work done under the Forest Act, 2018 and Forest Protection (Special Provisions) Act, 2024 and the rules or orders issued pursuant to the said Act shall be deemed to have been done under this Act.
