Rule 11G
Repeal and Rescue

(1) Supplementary Environmental Impact Assessment Guidelines, 2071 have been repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the guidelines under sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with this regulation.
