Rule 88
Repeal and Repeal
: (1) The Labor Rules, 2050 and the Tea Plantation Rules, 2050 are hereby repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the regulations repealed in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these regulations.
