Section 72
Repeal and Rescue
(1) The Local Bodies (Election Procedures) Act, 2048 is repealed (2) Actions taken in accordance with the Local Bodies (Election Procedures) Act, 2048 shall be deemed to be conducted in accordance with this Act.
