Section 121
Repeal and Rescue
(1) The following Acts are repealed:-
(a) Local Self-Government Act, 2055,
(b) Determining the number of wards of rural municipalities and municipalities Act, 2073.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Act mentioned in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with this Act.
