Section 25

Repeal and Repeal

(1) The Canals and Electricity and Related Water Resources Act, 2024 is repealed.
(2) Prior to the commencement of this Act, the activities carried out under the Canals and Electricity and related Water Resources Act, 2024 and the rules or orders issued pursuant to that Act shall be deemed to have been carried out under this Act.
