In this Act, unless the subject or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Water resource" shall mean water on the surface or underground or in any other condition within Nepal.
(B) "Beneficial use" means the use of water resources that is done properly as long as the available means and resources are available.
(d) "Consumer organization" shall mean water consumer organization constituted as per section 5.
(e) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
