Rule 12

Repeal and Save

(1) The Nepal Agricultural Service (Constitution) Rules, 2016 and the Nepal Agricultural Service (Group and Grade Division, Appointment and Promotion) Rules, 2033 are repealed.
(2) Actions carried out in accordance with the rules mentioned in sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these rules.
