Section 38
Repeal and saving
(1) The Air Flight Tax Act, 2018 is repealed.
(2) Actions taken by the Government of Nepal in accordance with the laws in force regarding air transport services prior to the implementation of this Act shall be deemed to be in accordance with this Act.
