Section 10

Repeal and saving

(1) The Contingency Fund Act, 2016 is repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Contingency Fund Act, 2016 shall be deemed to be conducted in accordance with this Act.
(3) The funds in the Contingency Fund established under the Contingency Fund Act, 2016 shall automatically be transferred to the Federal Contingency Fund after the commencement of this Act.
