(1) Sports Development Rules, 2049, National Sports Welfare Fund Rules, 2068 and Sports Awards and Honors Procedure, 2072 are repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the rules, regulations and terms of office which have been abolished according to sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these regulations.
(3) The amount in the fund as per National Sportsmen's Welfare Fund Regulations, 2068 shall be transferred to the Sportsmen's Welfare Fund as per sub-section (1) of section 50 of the Act.
