(1) The Births, Deaths and Other Personal Events (Registration) Act, 2033 is repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Birth, Death and Other Personal Events (Registration) Act, 2033 shall be deemed to be conducted in accordance with this Act.
(3) Prior to the commencement of this Act, the actions taken by the National Identity Card Management Center, the Central Registration Department and the National Identity Card and Registration Department shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with this Act.
