Section 34
Repeal and Protection
: (1) The Flora and Fauna Protection Act, 2015 is repealed. (2) This Act or the rules made under this Act shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Act and in other respects shall be in accordance with the prevailing Nepalese laws.
