Section 62
Repeal and salvage
(1) The following Acts are repealed:-
(a) Defection Act, 2054,
(b) Political Parties Act, 2058.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the repealed Act pursuant to subsection (1) shall be deemed to have been conducted in accordance with this Act.
