Section 88O
Can apply for cancellation
(1) If the process of restructuring started by the bank in relation to any commercial bank or financial institution is finished or if the process is not completed due to any other reason, if the bank is convinced that such commercial bank or financial institution cannot be operated properly due to the suggestions given by the special administration group in this regard or on other grounds, such (2) Sub-section (1) Sub-section (3) and Section 13 of Section 10 of the Damasahi Act, 2063 shall be applicable in relation to the cancellation of such commercial bank or financial institution in the event that Bomojim Bank files an application for cancellation. (3) Sub-section (1) The court may order the appointment of a liquidator for the liquidation of such commercial bank or financial institution upon the submission of an application by Bomojim Bank.
